Bea Mendoza is a senior at Dublin High, and has been a writer for the Dublin Shield since her junior year. She adores writing whenever she can, from poetry to prose, and hopes to improve her journalistic skills. Bea gets excited most when talking about books, music, and the animal shelter she volunteers at, but has been known to hype up too many things to be better than they are. She can usually be found at a boba place talking about something she read in National Geographic or her most current music obsession.
