Morgan Minkler, a junior at Dublin High, is excited to participate in Dublin Shield to contribute to her community and to fulfill her passions for writing. In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading, watching television and movies, and spending time with her family and friends. Morgan is also involved with the Mayor’s Council and the Tri-Valley youth court.
